Etchings on negatives

Instead of using the enlarger in the darkroom or photoshop to work out these photos, I instead took the radical approach of scratching, painting, applying chemicals directly on the precious negative. Working on such a tiny surface is a real challenge. Shot with Pentax 6×7 medium format camera.
